Torrent Proxies - Need Help Finding Alternatives To BTGuard, TorGuard and PIA

Been using BTguard for quite some time and was totally satisfied until about a month ago. Speeds are horrible now and have to wait until really late at night to get decent speeds. Tried Torguard and PIA proxy and don't come close to what I was getting with BTguard. Would appreciate recommendations on proxy services that allow torrents (not looking for vpn that offer free proxy like PIA).

Tried contacting Btguard so many times but there's never a response.

Should also mention my down speed is 320 Mbps (40mb/s) and with BTGuard, I was getting peak speeds of 25 to 30 mb/s.
