    Whats a good alternative to to utorrent? I'm on a fairly old version but dont want to run the risk of updating to a version for a mining virus.

    Just make sure auto-update it disabled.

    Grabbed a copy of uTorrent 221 just to have down the road.

    Shay, I've installed the latest version of qbittorrent and give it my blessing. Just go to the official homepage. Some of the other guys can help out with fine-tuning it. Looks like a suitable, no-hassle replacement.
