Yep been popping up all day. Registered for my free upgrade from PicoKMS 8.1 Untitled.png

And I really suck still at doing pictures....

Also it seems the icon will stay there even after you have reserved your install....but this is the winupdate that put it there

Uninstall it and the icon goes away, you will still get the upgrade on July 29th.

Microsoft on Monday confirmed that Windows 10 will be released July 29 as a free upgrade for PCs and tablets running Windows 7 and Windows 8.1, and on new Windows 10 devices.[...]Users of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 PCs and laptops have to register within one year to get the free upgrade. The Enterprise editions of these OSes don't qualify. Users of machines running Windows Vista or XP, or pirated versions of Windows, don't qualify either.

So much for you guys getting your first legal copies of Windows.

Not saying my OEM licence is bad but I seemed to qualify..... got me worried now. I`ll have to update my clone machine first (done for the 8 to 8.1 update) and see if that works
