Take away the borders, try to erase some of the surrounding background from the faces and then merge them into the original bacground. Might look better. Remember to save each stage incase you change your mind.

well, as it is, i prefer the frames around the pix - i was thinking more in lines of trying to merge the faces with the background, but on closer inspection, that might not work.

The good thing about psd files, is you can have as many layers as possible and just choose those you would like to make the final jpg - great programme me thinks
