How to contact bitvaulttorrent.com (and is there more italian trackers?

Hi.

I've always try to login to my tracker accounts but somehow i've forgot to do it and now i can't login in the italian tracker bitvaulttorrent. I've googled for their irc channel but i can't find it. Does anybody knows how can i contact them or how can i reactivate my account?

In the case the answer to both questions is no, can you guys name me a couple of good italian trackers (that have italian edition DVD movies and TV series)?
