I was hoping they'd return before Christmas, but there haven't been any news ever since.

nostre.am is currently open for signups (if you're okay with joining a site that has already been hacked twice), and Apollo seems to be the best and easiest to join of the music trackers that sprung up to replace What.cd, if you'd like to modify your request.
