Here in Norway ppl likes to cook the head of sheeps,
im not touching it.

In Finland a traditional food around Eastern is Mämmi (Oven-baked Malt Porridge)
which i think is rather discusting.

Everyone knows Scottish cuisine is based on dare.

I've heard of those Swedish-Rotten-Fish boxes, they need to open it under
running water yet still the smell in the house is horrible.

I'd say, and this is just IMO, that the french have some of the most disgusting 'delicacies', I mean, they eat snail's (consider what a snail is likely to have slide over in it's lifetime of roaming soil frequented by various animal's and you'll get what I mean lol) and frog's!!
