i spend 10 hours a day on my computer how bout you..........................
What - every day
yeh pretty much except when i go out drinking on Friday nights
Do you work, or are you at School / College / University.
Where do you get the time to spend 10 hours a day on a PC.
im 17 at school studying computer maintenence so even when im working im on computers but i also have a job which involves computers im a computer fixer guy in my friends internet cafe
I use computers a lot during the day as well.
Be careful with your eyes. Looking at a computer screen stops the blink reflex. That is used to moisten your eyeballs so as it slows down when looking at the screen they get dry. You have probably noticed the result of this.
Every 15 minutes or so look away from the screen and blink quickly for a few seconds, gets them moistened. Then close your eyes and massage them gently. You will feel the good of it in the short and long term. [/b][/quote]
yeh i know good point i dont think i do have enough breaks when im on my computer or helping others on theirs even i mean even in my lunc breaks at school and work im on the computer i should really lay off a bit do you think so?
