Download Tracks Eraser, http://www.acesoft.net/ this program does a very good job at cleaning your drive of unwanted files. U can find almost any serial or crack on http://www.astalavista.com/ as well as loads of other info.

It's perfectly safe to purge temporary files. Make a habit of doing so and keep your hard drive tidy.

i also like to go in windows temp internet files and delete them every once and awhile.
you get a lot of sub directories there that can be deleted also.it stores a lot of web pages to make them load faster.disk cleanup doesn't do them itself so i do it manualy.

It will erase the tracks left by those programs.. not the program itself
