I was browsing the help forum on my message board when I came across a link to a site called Negative Beats.

The user said he tried to download the plugin but it didn't do anything, and now he can't remove it?

Bad news/RIAA trap tactic, or user error?

I don't get it, whats it supposed to do :confused:

Apparently, it's supposed to let you download the file...my best guess...if it were legitimate and real...would be that the URL on the page is for a protocol established by the plugin, and the plugin would download from remote and fairly anonymous FTP servers without letting you see where it is going, so as to prevent discovery of the FTP address... but like I said, the guy who installed it said it didn't do anything, and wouldn't uninstall...I smell a scam...
