I used TMPGenc to convert avi's to mpeg then use TMPG DVD author to make a DVD.

Try using TMPG DVD author or any other authoring tool to convert your mpeg. I use Spruce UP aswell. Both seem ok and work for the converted mepegs.

i am trying to author it with tmpg dvd author, as it will not play on any dvd player if i just burn it first. i always jsut use avi as a rule as they are really easy to put onto a dvd, but this mpeg which is "love actually" has got me stuck.
