Smiley Site Updated

I just did some work on the smiley site layout and I'm looking for feedback.
I still hope to add a "click to copy" script to it that will add the image URL to your clipboard.
Hopefully the frame alone will make it easier to navigate.

Thoughts?

Looks terrible on 800x600 resolution. You should always consider those who are stuck with low resolutions.

@ DL. - Cool idea, and the sites not as cluttered as alot of peep's are, but since your using frames wouldn't it help to make it so you've got top, middle and bottom frames and have the emoticons appear in the middle frame without using iframes? You could control the width a bit easier then and make it so much easier for us 800x600 navigators
