This must be a new trend. I just saw a story on G4TV about a new console game that's being developed by the guy who wrote Taxi Driver where you play a sperm in a race through a woman's reproduction system to get to the egg first. Basically Mario Karts in a different setting. I couldn't find the story online, but while searching for it I found yet another sperm game, but this one's only available in the UK for mobile phones...
