Submarine Movie With Octopuss?

what the hell was the name of this movie? it was supposed to come out, but i never saw it get released? all i can say is that it was a movie about a submarine and it was getting attacked by a octopuss or giant squid. the trailer came out for this early this year i believe and then it was forgotten. was gonna be in the theatres too. anybody know wtf i'm talking about? thx!
