Need Avatars!

I've look everywhere for good one, but no site I've found has anything close to what could be concidered a descent avatar. I'm mainly interested in one portraying either a screenshot from Pulp Fiction, or anything concerning Monty Python.

Look for a picture from Pulp Fiction, or anything concerning Monty Python, and make an avatar with it. Just take a picture you like, crop it, resize it to 80 x 80 and use it as your avatar.
