    Is there a programthat would do it..
    Thanks pple in advance I'm using dial-up...
    so its very difficult finish the d/l of partition magic..
    so if there's any other program pls mention file size..

    if you have xp then that has an inbuilt partioning tool?

    Look for PowerQuest volume manager 2. It&#39;s the server version of partition magic.
    It&#39;s a lot more accurate and the basic program is 2 floppys.

    Before you start to partition, go into properties and uncheck the "check for bad sectors" option to save a couple hours.

    This one can do ext 3, NTFS 1 and 2, and HPFS properly.
    Regular PM is only approximate with NTFS; XP and Win2k use different formats.

    you should realy lisen to balamm, he is extremly knowledgeable and always gets stuff right

    Try Acronis Partition Expert. It&#39;s very reliable, don&#39;t have to remove your OS.

    I agree with you on that one,it&#39;s a great program.

    It&#39;s a user friendly software, easy to manage and of course the interface.
