Were I you, I would get the bare case of your choice then spend the money on a quality, name brand PSU.
The PSU is the backbone of your system and a cheap one can be the source of innumerable headaches...

not saying ur wrong, but u seem to be very very connected with psu power. i mean, mine is a near-generic 500 wat psu, and i'm cool. the psu is perfectly fine. no probs wat so ever. the dual fans thing work great too. well, clocker is still rite. a good psu is a good thing for ur pc. i'd focus on cpu and mobo though. they 2 are the spine and brain of ur pc. literally. the mobo is the spine, and the brain is the cpu. try living without those 2

You are right Abu, I do pay particular attention to the PSU.
In fact I'm converting to a dual PSU setup as we speak ( or write, actually).

    is that really really necessary?

i'm just curious, but i need to learn ur tactics. wat is ur goal with this?

if it's protection, u can just get ur self a ups

if u want extra power for peltiers, ok. or u can just use 1 truepower psu. i'm pretty sure it's enough. wat else do u have in ur box that needs so much power? ur not like me. i keep my case looking like a whirling pool of colors. i got 2 neon lights and 1 3 led fan in there now. looks pretty nice. but i thought u dont' do that. so wat do u need all the power for?

One PSU devoted to the motherboard and HDD ONLY.
    The other powers everthing else.
It is not so much an effort to gain more power, but to gain more stability.

The white case is ugly as hell. The antec one, as ABU said, you can get a similar chieftec one with a window for 80 bux with a PSU. Thats what im prob gona get for my new computer. Also I dont understand the daul PSU thing...

if you're going to connect enough equipment to the PSU that it needs 485, you might wanna go for it...

... but you should think about how much you actually need, and how many hours per day you plan to leave your computer running. keep in mind that the average modern PC can get by easily on 300 or 350 watts from a good-quality PSU, even with a P4 or Athlon XP and a high-end graphics card. is it genuinely a good deal if those extra 100+ watts are just going to show up on your electricity bill every month?

    just something to consider.
