Lose Files If Updated

if i update my kazza lite 2.43 will i lose my files that i am currently dowloading?

No.

I used to just re-name the folder that your files are in to something like "My Shared Folder 1" and moved it to the desktop. Then uninstall and re install. Then move the folder back and name it back to my shared folder replacing the new one with the new install.

I believe you can just uninstall and reinstall without worrying, but I never took a chance.

Not unless things have changed in the latest versions. I was burned as a nb and lost all my dl on an upgrade (way back when the version was still 1.something).

As long as jerome shuffles the files like u suggest, however, he'll be ok. That's exactly what I do and I've never had a prob.
