Thread: File Hosting Sites

    OK, I've tried Strike9 but it doesn't work (just plays the file instead of DLing it when I later try to retrieve it), uploadit.org want cash................Does anyone know a free file hosting site which will have an MP3???

    why not try downloading with a download manager such as dap or flashget?

    Right click and &#39;&#39;save as&#39;&#39;.

    and if you can&#39;t do that easily, just open notepad, insert this:

    <a href=http://www.urlhere.com/filename.mp3>file</a>

    (obviously changing the url and filename), then save it as an html file, open in internet explorer (or whatever your favourite browser is) right click and save as

    I have the MP3 (voicefile) on my PC already. I want to upload it somewhere so it can be linked for people to download from a link (diff forum).

    go to command prompt and rename the file to .mid since they dont allow mp3s... if your doing a file download tell the perosn to rename it to .mp3 or something but if your using it as a background music it will work fine

    A lot of hosts don&#39;t allow copyrighted MP3&#39;s.
