Please help me i have win xp pro retail i want to update to sp1
this may have been mentioned before i don't know

my system is activated but i have a blacklisted key now i have found many programs to change that key but the keygens that come with it are all for the corp version now if i had a fast connection that would not be a problem but i have 56k line in south africa. all i need is a key please guide this lost and tortured soul in the right direction.

Does MS require a valid key when installing SP1?

You need a valid key or a key that SP1 didnt blacklist.
