Thread: I Installed Windows Xp And My Modem Doesn't Work

    ok i have to reinstall windows xp so i will probably be a while before i get back to you on if they work or not

    Just let me know, I have another driver somewhere else. I will look for it just incase. No hurrys though, take your time.
    Remember to unzip it in its own folder and when prompted for a drive, just browse to that folder. The v90_1 should do the trick, I think the other one is v90_2, so if it doesnt work the other one should.

    there are a few modems that xp has issues with ie no dial tone/exclamation marks etc and i have found that windows 2000 drivers have sorted the problem on some of them, if the drivers that skelley521 still dont sort it download the 2000 drivers and try them, you have nothing to lose

    thanks skelley521 the drivers you gave me worked i'm operatin on windows xp I'm happy. Thanks for all your guys' help

    I had this problem with my modem. All I had to do was install XPSP1 and it worked.
