I wish I could block these users and continue to share with REAL P2P users!

yeah like RIAA's computers that can record ur ip and what files you shared so they can fine u 150,000 USD for each song you have in ur shared folder.

Damn straight! Send the user a PM and 9 of 10 times they can tell u what they're sharing out of earshot of the peeps.

On of my favorite features on eMule is the ability to share file list with friends but not with the entire network. It is nice to search someone's files for recommendations when u find a user with similar tastes.
