do u oc vb? most people with the p4 2.4c oc up to 3.2 with stock hsf. it's not that hard.

thats the prob. i can't even try it cuz my ram is limiting my fsb to only 233 (2.8ghz). unless i change the fsb:ram ratio or boost up my vcore, i can't get 3.2ghz.
