Burning Problem,lotr Extended Edition

Ive just finished D/L Disc 2 on BT and in Nero it says "file reallocation failed,this disc may not play".
Disc 1 was fine but I've just spent the last three days D/L this and Im pretty desperate to get it onto a disc.
Does anyone know the cause/fix for this problem?

or you burning it as image?
loading the cue? or if you just want to play it http://www.videolan.org can play bin's

I D/L the full DVDR of it and its in vob format.
I really cant get my head round it at all.
