DVD X Copy & Xpress Copy
Nero 6 with DVD
TMPGEnc
And good video editing and sound editing softwares can come in handy as well.

well I just got my new stuff today and worked it out
Use TMPGEnc the encode it to Mpeg 2 then get TMPGEnc Authorizer to create the DVD with the VOB files etc and use Nero 6 to burn the DVD video it sounds hard at first but hey I learned this all today in 7 hrs
