YOU CAN USE A PROXY - WITH PROXY PAL IF YOU WANT.

To change the IP address directly and physically - No

But you can use proxies to connect to a site/use a P2P programme. This is indirect and most detectors will pick up "your IP" as the IP of the proxy server.

Beneficial in terms of keeping your arse safe, but I'm not sure whether there's a drop in traffic in P2P programs when d/ling via another computer.

the sticky about proxies is about this right? im not IP banned anywhere, but could a proxy get around an IP ban?
