    speed test (done from the U.K. using an american server (if you doubt the veracity, stick in the url shown in the pic))

    this was done at a peak time on T3, about 25 people in one lab alone

    and i get speeds of about 55 to 60kb/s max

    Well mine came out 486kb/s which is dissapointing to say the least
    iam UK on v21

    The best service in britain stands at about 10mbps but you have to be in central london and whithin 1km from the exchange.

    are you talking about Bulldog?

    if so, their fastest is 6Mbps, and you can get residential T3 in the UK (even dual trunk T3), but it&#39;s obviously rather expensive and rare

    people who work for comms companies get very fast comms lines too...
