Install Pop Ups

i was going into a chat website where i never had to dl something to chat a window popped up saying i had to instead of dl it i clicked on never dl anything from this distributor and clicked no well it ended up i did need grrrrrrrrrrrr and now the pop up window for me to install won't pop up anymore when i go to the site so now i can't install what i needed to install. Is there any way to undo that?

well first you should take out the spyware using Spybot Search And Destroy

neither of those things work the pop up window asking me to install still doesn't pop up
