ok, I have a problem with either my video card, or my monitor. When I boot my comp. I get some draw over on my icons to my desktop.

You can see it closer to the bottom of the image where my Warcraft III shortcut is.
Usually is across my whole screen, but after a while it goes away. Any suggestions? I use Radeon 7500, and I have it fully updated. Thanks in advance.
Only in a computer will I find happiness.

like, when ever I start my computer up, the graphics start to shit out, like something is wrong. Like, when I have move my mouse right, there would be like a trail to the right of my mouse moving where ever I moved it. Like the image was stretched across my whole screen. Same with all of my icons.

No, that's not what I'm talking about.

    What are you talking about?

I see nothing wrong with or around the 'Warcraft III' icon.

Dude, I can't see anything wrong with the graphics in the picture, maybe you should take a screenshot of the system while moving the mouse around, so we can see that problem.

But it might be that your monitor is just going bad, or have you Degaussed your monitor lately, I know sometimes I get a funky redish color on the bottom lefthand corner of my monitor but Degaussing does away with it. Only happens every few months though.

Other than that though, I don't know, I see nothing at all wrong in the screenshot.
