Numerous Failed Downloads

The past couple of days I have had several failed downloads, mostly when attempting to download video files.

More recently all of them have failed. Basically, I can't get anything...

I haven't changed any settings or added new software to my PC. Any idea of what could be causing the failures? I have NEVER seen this before.
