Safe To Delete?

in my documents folder, there is another folder called "filelib"
inside of that are a few folders with the names of a few of my buddies on them. inside the folders there is nothing. is it safe to delete these?

its a AIM folder. the folder have screennames for titles. i think thers supposed 2 be stuff u downloaded on AIM in those folders. if u download nothin than i guess delete!

alright, but wehy does it only have a few of my buddies? it seems liek if it was meant for that it would have a folder for each of my buddies
