ie) to set up for a newbie,and any link please.
i got cute ftp off kazza with crack and it had a virus .
So i got terrapin but could not get crack and it expired so now here i am .

I'll second the recommendation for SmartFTP. If it proves to hard (doubtful), try DownLoad.com for some diff ones. FTP is easy with a little practice and SmartFTP has a good help file. It's extremely stable, too. I've been using it for about 2 years with no probs.
