MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL sorry if i was not clear the first time. how do i merge files with kdat without getting an "error message". also is there a comprehensive help guide for this utility? many thanks. ps i DO close klite first.

There was an excellent one by MUSLEMAN done about 1 month ago can't seem to find it now pm him he might know where it went.

If you have deleted all sources from a .dat file and getting an I/O error message, i think, redownload is the only solution. Remamber i might be wrong.

well what is the error message?? make sure klite is closed before you edit dat files

He has an unknown error message, with the knowladge of what it consist i might be able to answer it.
