I download off Suprnova.org and get insanely slow speeds for cable (my download speed is usually 0 - 12kb/s and my upload speed is 0 kb/s - 30 kb/s, usually my upload speed is much faster than my download speed.) 
WTF Is there any software or other things i can get to solve this issue?
