    as u may already noe i am looking for a new mobo and video card...

    so i went to the local store near my house and he showed me this ASUS mobo for 150$ but it had an intergrated 9200 vid so instead of me spending 99$ on mobo and 99$ on vid mayb i cud buy this.... do u think its a good idea?

    yes i noe tht intergrated vid uses memory (shared) so i am gona buy mayb 1gig of memory or jus 512ddr

    i noe tht 9200 is not tht good of a card but if i hav lots of good memory wont it run faster and better and dunt forget it also comes with a 8x agpslot

    Yes Asus is awesome. I just got an asus board about 6 hours ago. It has withstanded the Heatsink being droped on it so far..

    Asus makes descent boards, so I'm sure your mobo is alright.

    Also, it's much better to have seperate video and mobo, but unlike many here, I beleive, intergrated video is good. and if your not doing any high end gaming, just go with intergrated video, it's all you will ever need.

    So I say go for it, if you want to upgrade later when you have more money you can buy a top of the line vid card then.

    thts one of the problems i do play high end games... NFS underground...

    but wud it be better than a fx5200?
    (with 512ddr on the mobo)

    wt about overclocking?

    I dont know a TON about Intel mobos because Im AMD but THIS board looks goooood to me. Only $110 and has dual channel and other good features.

    DONT LISTEN TO BOB DO NOT GET INTERGRATED GRAPHICS! Your paying a bunch of money for something you cant even use!!!!!!!!!! Look at the one I showed you or simmilar ones.

    now all i gotta do is ask my dad and dunt worry about tht cuz my dad will be like SAVING MONEY??? "count me in" LOL! so ill get the mobo on 26th sinse the store is closed tomo and will prolly buy 512ddr memory from the boxing day flyer which will come in tomo lol its 4 mins away from tomo 11:56pm dec24 lol i might see santa lol

    btw the memory is prolly gona be 50$ kingston (BOXING DAY RULES) (im jus guessin...) but im prolly right

    do u think it supports overclocking?
    currently i hav a p41.9 ghz i will overclok it to 2.4 or 2.2 if it supports ocing

    Make sure that the Ram has a pretty high speed rating. Like PC3200 or higher. You can prob get it up to around 2.2. Good luck with your new mobo. Im having great luck with mine.
