How Do You Stop Sharing Files?

I just downloaded the 2.4 version and I was wondering how you turn off sharing. I go into the "find media to share" section, I tried to de-select all, but it won't turn off everything. Am I doing something wrong? I don't intend to always have my shared folder turned off, but I would like to know how to turn them off if the situation ever arrived where I needed too. Thanks alot.

Theres a check box in options, I forget which tab its under

its clearly stated in forum rules that theres to be no discussions on leeching...

you can't turn it off. the new version dont have that option
