Im Having Trouble With 'my Big Fat Greek Wedding'

hey guyz, im not 2 sure whether or not this was a good idea posting it in this section or not but oh well, the mod can alwayz shift it. but heres my problem...

.. im trying to get the DVD, my big fat greek wedding to work, on this cheap DVD player i bought my parents for christmas.

i dont think it came with a manual, i cant remember. but the DVD is acting fuC#ed up. I play the movie and instead of the 'movie itself' i get this cheesey background music, and this lady doing an audio commentary over top of the movie. she like explains the scenes and bullshit.

its pissing my parents off and i cant find the solution. do you guyz have any idea?
