Bigdawg is right in the way you can't just buy an adapter than plugs into a USB port, like you can for PS2, PS1, Xbox etc controllers (the newer console controllers). You have to make your ownWhich sometimes is much more fun than just buying one.

Yeah he asked if there were any adapters. The answer is no, you cant just go to Best Buy and buy one. You can pretty much make a homemade anything. But there isnt a simple adapter you can buy.
What about the PS2 controlers. Is there an adapter for it to go to the comp?

Yeah, theres loads.
Research stuff before you buy it.
PS2 controllers are about the best going.
