whenever i put the live update on my norotn personal firewall it says that i have diffrent programs of norotn installed but i really don't so what program can i use to find and delete them without having to go through my registry

no it shows all of the symantic products currently installed on my system.i curentlytried to installed norotn ssystem works 2004 pro but it didn't work.so how do i get rid of these programs that are supposed to be installed
