Thread: No Audio

    i just installed my new hdd and i installed everything, and when i installed audio drivers...i still dotn get nothin...when i mp3s in bsplayer i get errors...when i play in WMP i get the pins are not connected error

    C-Media AC97 Audio

    hmmm...i just updated sound drivers from there website, now mp3s still dotn play and i can play windows sounds tho (like booting up)

    EDIT: i can play vids too now

    OK, that's the integrated audio on your motherboard. Have you installed all of the chipset drivers for your motherboard?

    If not, are there any devices in Device Manager which have a yellow exclamation mark next to them?


    Also, what version of Windows are you using?

    Well what was it? Wave/mp3 sound turned down or something?

    tell the truth, i dont kno, i un-installed codec pack and re-installed then it worked
