I will remove the pics BUT in future please do not make pics public available if you allow others to access private pictures because this example shows that it will be abused and it can't be our job to fix problems that only exist because somebody links a public accessable picture.

This board is not based on UK rights / USA rights or whatever rights. The rights which apply here are common sense rights meaning if people make pictures available to the public and even post links to such locations on this board they should not complain if somebody uses posted information on other sites or boards.
If people don't wanttheir information posted they should not post their info on public sites because if they do they should be aware of the risks.
It's like neotheone advertises his forums and then complains that he get's too many visitors and asks me for bandwidth costs.
It makes no sense.

Yes ok something maybe be public, but people who host websites are responsible for the content they deliver and how it is delivered.
You must understand that the internet is not goverened by a single law, but is goverened by laws of the host and also the visitor.

It was just downright nasty all round..

that statement is so not true....there have been many cases concerning international jurisdicitonal issues where the "viewer" attempted to sue the "host" - and in almost every case the "host" won.
