Thread: Weird Noises

  1. #1
My computer giving loud "chainsaw" noises. (It sounds like a chainsaw.) I toke a look inside and cleard everything out with a air canistar and turned it back on. Still there... So, I tried to find out the source. It was the power supply. Is that good or bad? Do I need to buy a new power supply?

    Lynx is correct.
The only moving part in the PSU is the fan(s).

    Fix it or fry.
