I pay about 40 canadian dollars a month.It would be about 30 bucks if it wasn't for my computer and the wifes computer being on all the time. We live in an apartment with hot water heat that is why our bill isn't very high though

Per quarter, IE 3 months. Actually it might be less, haven't really checked the bills in a while, I get them quarterly, IE every 3 months.
