I don't know about you guys but my Kazaa Lite K++ v2.4.3 works perfectly
i love k++2.4.3 but truth is out there
it is dieing so we need to back new clean KMD 2.6 based versions like klchat and not wasting our time in making worthless makeup changes in the old k++ 2.4.3 B) [/b][/quote]
We all miss "regular" Klite updates, but the truth is the original programmers were forced to abandon any future Klite developments by Sharmon. We are all aware of this.Any individuals actively working on an "official" Klite 2.6 will be hunted down by sharmon as well,I have no doubt. Therefore the real Klite is effectively dead and all future developments are over. That is only fact. All of the developments by various people are simply a testament to how much we love Klite and are trying to keep it on life support a bit longer. My Klite 2.4.3 works fine for now,but I'm definitely loading up my logical partition with my favorite program installers.Cuz you just never know when one day we may not be able to connect any longer. Many of us do not live in lawless places, like Palestine, where a dmca lawsuit or threat of one would be of no consequence. It is fine for you, living in "down with the usa" Palestine to tell the programmers living in Canada,USA,Britain or any other country that will apply the rule of law to get crackin on the new Klite 2.6,but all the bravado of "Down with Sharmon" aside,no one wants to get taken to the cleaners by a bunch of lawyers.I appreciate that you are an older survivor of Israeli occupation, but in the "developed" democratic nations, we live under occupation as well,by lawyers. And being sued for a quarter million when you might make forty thousand a year is an unacceptable price to pay so that you can keep downloading porn in Ramallah. So,we are all aware that a Klite 2.6 would be the ideal situation, there's no need to remind us of that.If only there was someone who was living in a place like Palestine who could build an "official" Klite 2.6.

yes, we all miss the glory of ye ole klite, but no need to be demanding.
Yes, you are right although sharing of files openly is important - sharing of thoughts offline with other people - meaning: everydaylife - is a little more important or as well important

It would be nice to see people in Israel/Palestinia sharing thoughts & files openly,
but some ppl may have difficult other problem at the moment. Nearly everyday a new attack from one side.

Come on you nice ppl on both sides down there: stop killing each other - share your thoughts to understand each other better
