yea.... lol not everyone has the possibility to use liquid nitro for cooling a computer lol

however.... it could be done in the future..... uhhh nm i dont think liquid nitro's price would go down.... not to mention its really dangerous
lol. freezes ur hand into the comp. lol.

Liquid nitrogen isn't prohibitively expensive.

Keep in mind that their setup was open ended...all the nitrogen evaporated away.
A closed, recirculating system would be more economical ( at least in terms of nitrogen costs...), not to mention safer.
Much more expensive to build, too.

I would think at -190C it would like crack the chip or SOMETHING. I would think at a point being too cold would mess it up lol.

who's gonna have a go with liquid helium then?
it's a little cooler than liquid nitrogen

Hell, why don't we send an overclocked Pentium 4 into space, where there is practically no heat at all!

you'd get similar temps to deep space with liquid helium

edit: plus you'd be able to adjust settings

Hmm. Sending it to space...

Well its free cooling!

Well, if you don't include the 5 billion quid it costs to make the rocket...
