I can't get YAHOO because I live in London.
I can't get NTL because I have a BT line.
Can someone guide me on the plusnet or any other account.
self instal is easy to set up depending on what you do..Originally posted by KazaaBoy@31 December 2003 - 00:05
I don't know which one to go for. I want the £24.99 a month which has P2P enabled and more but do I have to install it as they claim?? What do you guys think? Which option is the best, help me on this one. I really do like AOL because of the chat but if I keep my internet connection on all the time, will plusnet say anything at all?? Thanks guys
you will need a few things.
a broadband modem..this is the simplest way....or router..i recommend a netgear router as they have the modem built in combined with the handy fact you can connect more than one pc to the net and they also come with a hardware firewall which is a good idea if you plan on being online a lot...you will need to learn about port forwarding also if you plan on using emule etc. but it's easy once you know
you will also need a filter for each phone socket you use in the house..these are about 10-15 uk pounds depending on where you get them.
there is no limit to online time...24/7
it’s an election with no Democrats, in one of the whitest states in the union, where rich candidates pay $35 for your votes. Or, as Republicans call it, their vision for the future.
i use plus and you need a bt line for it.

if its a cap id switch to anything but that
join one of the big operators like aol or freeserver they ahve no cap and can handle the high bandwidth with no caps sure its a few quid more but isnt it worth the unlimited bandwidth?
