Freeserve have no cap, I used to have it
I got BT Broadband and it's fine, not even heard of any caps lol, and its on 24/7, always downloading/uploading.

and its gonna happen aswell
while freeserve and aol are sorted they can afford extra bandwidth therefor take on more custemors
