Just open regedit, make sure "my computer" is highlighted, and from the file menu click on "export". Then just save it wherever you want. if you want to restore it do the same thing , but click import and open the file you saved.
this workes for 2k and xp, at least. i think you have to click "backup" or something similar in 98
I only licked you for the salt
cant do the whole registry in one shot in xp w/o a 3rd party app
I am just a worthless liar. I am just an imbecile.
I will only complicate you. Trust in me and fall as well.
I will find a center in you. I will chew it up and leave.
I will work to elevate you just enough to bring you down.

lol if you dont modify your hardware...i dont think that should be the problem.... besides this encryption they talk about is prolly just default stuff windows has.... no need to back up other way.... all you actually need is ur software keys (thats what you are actually backin up, right?)
so what i have now is fine?
