I use TorrentStorm too.
I leave the Max Upload rate at Unlimited (the download rate is proportional to the upload rate) and the default max connections at 15 (this you can just use experience for. I know someone who put it at 25). My max simlutaneous transfers are at 50.
By the way, if you're running more than 4 torrents at a time, you're probably gonna see some lag. Just a tip.
