Everytime I restart my computer I get a message that says "cannot find a
device file that may be needed to run windows registry or system.ini
file
refers to this devise file, but it no lonnger exisits try reinstalling
that applacation to replace the missing file"

i have no idea what it is talking about or how to fix it can you please tell me what i need to do to get this problem fixed i think i might of deleted this on accident but i dont know how to get this file back. im using windows 98.
